Q: What is Permanent/Semi Permanent Makeup?
Permanent/Semi permanent Makeup also known as “Cosmetic Tattooing” and often referred to as Micro-Pigmentation, Permanent Cosmetics and Dermapigmentation in which Pigment is placed into the Dermal Layer of the skin. This technique enhances your Eyebrows, Eyes and Lips in color and shape to make your everyday life much easier and convenient, waterproof and smudge free and best of all… wake up feeling GLAMorous each and everyday.
Q: What is Microblading/Microstroking?
Another form of Cosmetic Tattooing. Hair like strokes are implanted with a hand held tool/blade to fill in and mimic missing hair or to make individuals eyebrow more enhanced. This procedure is very natural looking.
Q: How long will it last?
PMU and MB is considered permanent because of the fact that any type of pigment/s that are placed into the skin cannot be washed off. Longevity differs from person to person. Many factors such as pigments used, health, UV light exposure, daily facial topicals, etc. are a dependent on the above question. Usually a touch-up treatment is recommended from 1-3 years which varies per client. Pigments will eventually fade to a lighter color overtime and not turn blue or green.

Q: How long does the procedure take?
Procedures can take up to about 1-½-3 hours. Within this time, you will have your consultation, before pictures, numbing, paper signing, procedure done, after picture and after procedure care as needed.
Q: Is it painful?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Anesthetics (topicals used for numbing) is like a tattoo luxury because of the fact that PMU falls into the beauty treatment category. Keep in mind, traditional tattoo artist use no anesthetics for their procedures.
